Ruixue works with customers before, during and after a project to ensure all equipment is operating as it should. Our staff members are expertly trained, and are able to answer any questions or address any issue. Whether it is a question about a seed processing plant, a lab analysis for an individual sieve diagram, an upgrade of your eisting line or simply a spare partorder, Ruixue is your partner.
Successful projects require detailed consultation, planning and concept designs up front in order to ensure that your requirements can be fulfilled. We provide all that advice with product and capital analyses, innovative technology, and investment studies to best help our clients establish the right processing line for their needs.
Official Invitation
If you want on-site inspection, we can offer invitations. We can also offer official invitations issued by the government for those countries where an official invitation is necessary, such as Pakistan or Nigeria.
Free Trial Run
Ruixue offers trial runs free of charge. If customers send a sample to us, we will test the processing effect in our lab to make an informed decision based on the processing effect.

Spare Part Supply
We can provide all the vulnerable parts and spare parts of our equipment according to customer requirements in order to guarantee the working performance and service life of the machines During the warranty period, we will send the spare parts for free to replace damaged parts, unless the damage was caused by human error or incorrect operation.
Preparation Before Delivery
Before delivery we will carry out the installation and commissioning, then the number of disassembled parts and provide accurate packing list. The parts will be wrapped with and plastic films before packaging.
Installation Training
Ruixue employs an expert engineer and technical team, who assist in the instruction of machine installations, layout and ensure plant operators are trained directly on site.
Warranty
We provide a one-year warranty for all the machines, but the warranty does no cover damage caused by human factors.
After-Sales Service Commitment
We have a professional after-sales service team that provides telephone service 24 hours a day. You can also contact us by e-mail, Whatsapp, Skype, Wechat, video calls and other methods. We will reply to you as soon as possible. We offer online guidance in terms of use, maintenance, and trouble shooting, and can also send engineers to your site to solve problems.
Storage, Packing and Customs Declaration Service
If you buy our machine and need additional components, they will be stored together for shipping. We will provide free storage and free packing before delivery, however, if products have to clear customs, we will charge a small shipping fee.
OEM Service
One of our Ugandan customers won a bid for 33 coffee beans processing lines However, due to the limited production capacity, the customer asked for our help and provided a design drawing of these machines Our engineers went to visit the customer, watched the prototype in action. then returned, and we were able to produce new processing lines based on the drawings in order to improve the customer's production capabilities.
Design Service
In 2011 an Australian customer purchased a 5XZC-15 seed cleaner and grader, then made suggestions and offered new designs for improvements. Thus, our engineers designed the 5XZD-15AC without a material elevator that better meets the needs of the Australian market. It has a better mobile performance. and doubled the production capacity of the previous model.
Customization Service
In different countries and regions, the impurities in the grains are different, so we offer customized products. For example, for processing grass seeds, we equip the seed cleaner and grader with a pneumatic feeder, because the hopper elevator is not suitable for elevating grass seeds. In addition, a distributor is installed at the feeding port for distributing the conglutinated grass seeds.
