Many of our compatriots know very well that the wide implementation of innovations in the agricultural sector and deepening of the processing of raw materials grown on our land is the demand of today's time. Because the more agriculture is industrialized, the economic and export potential of the state will increase, and the welfare of the population will improve. Therefore, in recent years, Uzbekistan has been paying serious attention to the creation of infrastructure based on advanced technologies and the introduction of the cluster method in agriculture. One of such innovative projects is Innovative "Semrug cluster" LLC specializing in seed production

2019 at the initiative of the district administration, the Ministry of Innovative Development, and the "Semrug" seed cluster in order to fulfill the tasks given during the visit of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh. On February 27, the first modern seed production cluster was established in our Republic, registered with the state, and the promising project was successfully implemented.

Equipment for the preparation of cotton and grain seeds based on foreign advanced innovative technologies was brought from China and put into operation. As a result, 67 new jobs were created and a modern enterprise was established, which allows the application of digital technologies in the field, relying on science.

In order to integrate science into agriculture, Innovative "Semrug' cluster" LLC specialized in seed breeding, the Institute of Genetics and Experimental Plant Biology of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Center for Genomics and Bioinformatics, the Republican Scientific Research Institute of Seed Breeding and Cultivation of Cotton, the Scientific Research Institute of Gallaorol Lalmicor Farming license agreements were concluded with the research institute and the scientific-research institutes of Andijan grain and leguminous crops on the basis of a scientific-practical memorandum. Innovative and promising varieties of cotton "Sultan", "Porloq-4", "Ravnaq-2", "Zafar", "Baraka" created by scientists, with a fiber output of 40%, a yield higher than 40-45 centners, resistant to dehydration and disease, have been bred. The seed cluster of the Research Institute of Cereals and Legumes was accepted as the base branch of the institute in the Jizzakh region. The cluster was provided with high-yielding, repeatable, early-growing, drought-, disease- and pest-resistant seeds of promising, domestic and foreign varieties included in the state register by research institutes.

According to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated February 3, 2021 "On the further development of the system of knowledge and innovation in agriculture and the provision of modern services" No. On the basis of a memorandum with scientific and research institutes of cotton and grain and leguminous crops, on the basis of a memorandum of understanding, local and Krasnodar innovative plants of the first generation of cotton, as well as the first generation of grain, in the cultivation of seed raw materials of seed cotton, seed grain crops by "cluster" LLC varieties were grown, and with the help of modern technologies imported from China, seeds were prepared on the basis of conformity certificates in accordance with standard requirements.

Our seed cluster became an expatriate enterprise in 2021-2023 and managed to export 1 ton of seeds to Kazakhstan and neighboring countries at the highest price among the clusters in our Republic. At the moment, primary seed and seed wheat with a certificate of conformity are supplied to 17 cotton and grain clusters in 9 regions of our Republic and to the largest and most advanced 184 seed farms in our country.

Pursuant to the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 307 of July 6, 2022, it was recognized that the innovative "Semrug cluster" LLC, specialized in seed production for the first time in the Republic, created its own brand in grain and cotton seed production. As a result, it was included in the list of new innovative academic enterprises, which are specialized in the production of scientific voluminous products, which are organized in the presence of scientific organizations in promising areas of innovative activity. On the basis of the scientific cooperation memorandum agreements concluded with the cotton-growing institutes of "Semrug' cluster" LLC specializing in seed production, relying on science, the early spring and growing season of cotton is no more than 105-110 days, the yield is higher than 45 centners, focusing on planting compact bush varieties, mechanizing the grown crop. Considering that the grain is a key strategic area in the development of new promising cotton varieties that allow harvesting and in the implementation of the food program, the early, high-yielding and disease-resistant cereal is new innovative varieties of wheat were selected and breeding tasks were determined in the creation of early, productive and disease-resistant varieties of grain.

Since 2021, we have been using modern, cost-effective innovative technology of drip irrigation on 82 hectares of cotton fields. With the help of this cost-effective technology, it was possible to fully and controlled irrigation of each seedling with 4 times less water.

Taking advantage of the great opportunities and broad conditions for entrepreneurship and business created by our state and government, the seed cluster develops and expands its activities, creates new developments, reproduces the original varieties of promising cotton and grain, and provides primary seeds to the clusters in the regions of our Republic and large and advanced seed farmers. Starting from 2022, one farm each in Dostlik, Pakhtakor, Zarbdar and Mirzachol districts was attached to the seed production cluster on the basis of a contract, and planting of cotton varieties created using new technologies was started there. As a result, additional 120 new jobs were created.

The cluster also achieved variety authorship in the republic in the creation of 2 innovative new promising varieties of wheat and grain.

In accordance with the decree, within the framework of the program "20 thousand entrepreneurs - 500 thousand qualified specialists", he set himself the goal of producing ready exportable products under the seed cluster for deep processing of cotton fibers obtained from processing. In this regard, the total cost of importing weaving equipment from China is 7 billion. Soum contracts were signed. As a result of the implementation of the project, it is expected that 150 unemployed compatriots will be provided with jobs.
